About The Role

Are you passionate about commercial law, technology, and protecting intellectual property? We're seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant Commercial team as an Associate, Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner, focusing on commercial, IP, IT, and data protection.

About Us: Our Commercial team is a dynamic group of 30 individuals, including 7 Partners, spread across our various offices. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch support to clients from diverse sectors, offering a wide range of exciting work opportunities.

The Role: As a Commercial Lawyer, you'll be at the forefront of advising clients on commercial transactions, technology innovations, IP rights, and data protection. From routine tasks to complex projects, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact. Plus, you'll collaborate closely with our Head of Team and other Partners, ensuring a supportive and enriching work environment.

About You

About You:

  • With at least 3 years PQE in commercial law, you're ready to take on new challenges.
  • Your confidence in handling independent matters is matched only by your ability to foster collaboration and manage client relationships.
