About The Role

Position: Partner - Dispute Resolution

Location: Hereford, United Kingdom

This role presents an ideal opportunity for an experienced litigator seeking to transition to a market town/ environment while continuing to undertake quality legal work for quality clients.

About the role:

  • A leadership role in a robust dispute resolution team of over 50 lawyers, including 19 Partners, across our 10 offices.
  • This role will enable the successful applicant to leverage their expertise to benefit both local and national clients.
  • Working with HCR’s Dispute Resolution leadership team to help deliver a successful offering in the Hereford area.

 

About You

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • First class legal expertise
  • An ability to think creatively and commercially when resolving complex disputes for clients.
  • Strong leadership and people management.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • A commitment and capability to formulate a clear business plan and execute it.
  • A proven track record of attracting and retaining new clients and instructions.
