About The Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious Business Support Administrator to join our Quality & Innovation team.

This is a brand-new opportunity for either a graduate looking to kick-start a career in business improvement, technology and change, or an experienced administrator who wants to move beyond traditional administration and develop valuable project, systems and innovation experience.

Working closely with the Quality & Innovation Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting projects that improve how the firm operates, helping to streamline processes, enhance client service and drive positive change across the business.

Key responsibilities:

This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You'll support a range of innovation, technology, business improvement and change initiatives, including:

  • Coordinating projects and tracking actions to ensure delivery stays on schedule
  • Supporting the implementation of business and client service improvements
  • Producing internal communications, guidance documents and training materials
  • Maintaining policies, procedures, templates and best-practice resources
  • Gathering stakeholder feedback and supporting engagement activities
  • Assisting with reporting, data analysis and business recommendations
  • Researching and documenting opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops and training sessions
  • Supporting innovation and GenAI initiatives across the firm
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to the Quality & Innovation team.

About You

We're seeking someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and is excited by the opportunity to make a real impact on how a business operates.

You'll likely be:

  • A graduate looking to build a career in business improvement, innovation, technology or change management; or
  • An administrator, coordinator or business support professional with 1-2 years' experience looking for your next challenge.

You will also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Good Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • A genuine interest in learning new systems, technologies and ways of working.

Desirable experience

  • Experience in an administrative, coordinator or business support role
  • Exposure to projects, systems implementation, business improvement or change initiatives
  •  Experience within a professional services environment.
