About The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Office Co-ordinator to work in our Cambridge office. 
 
You will manage a small team of 3 and look after the day to day running of the office which includes Reception, Post and Administration.  You will manage general housekeeping, keep on top of repairs & maintenance as well as liaise with the building management. You will also work closely with other managers to ensure Health & Safety & Fire Regulations.
 

About You

As an Office Co-ordinator you will have:

Experience within a professional environment in an administrative or co-ordination role.
Ideally you will have managed a team or have managed building maintenance and repairs previously.
Sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, Zoom, etc.
The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately
