About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Manager to join our Cheltenham team.
 
This is a new position to the firm to manage the credit control function across HCR, whilst also ensuring that best practice is adhered to.
 
You will:
  • Manage the credit control team including 2 Supervisors / Senior Credit Controllers
  • Monitor and report on the Credit Control team’s performance
  • Monitor and progress complex and significant debtor balances
  • Analyse and report on debtor balances
  • Take a hands approach to collecting debtor balances
  • Liaise with departments across the firm regarding debtor balances.


About You

  • Previous credit control experience
  • Experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Be confident having difficult conversations about large and complex debts
  • A credit management qualification or previous experience in a law firm would be beneficial
  • Willingness to travel to other offices when required
